Brian Tracy has an amazing knack for analyzing topics, and breaking them down into easily understandable and applicable concepts. On these CDs, he does a great job of dealing with the concept of selling. He gives good exercises for working hard, working smart, planning your presentation, closing, and most importantly, working on yourself. If you earnestly follow his advise, your sales will most definitely improve.

Brian Tracy has been a favorite for about 15 years. His approach to sales is direct and to the point. He discusses the importance of relationships, of having the customer know you care, of good listening and question asking. He speaks about solution selling and consultative selling.

Suggestions on creativity, personality, psychology are blended throughout the presentation with respect to salesmanship. Time management suggestions cross with other persentations I have read or listened to serving to reinforce the some great techniques. I guess this was like and A-Z tutorial on salesmanship for a novice like me.
